Soil Health and Cropping Systems Tour

Event Description Join Palouse Conservation District and University of Idaho Extension to learn about soil moisture, soil health, beneficial insects, and livestock integration. Local producers will share insights from cover crop and winter wheat variety trials on their operations. The tour will begin four miles south of Uniontown, WA and conclude six miles northeast of Genesee, ID. Participants will travel to a total of four sites. Transportation is required and carpooling is encouraged. Lunch will be provided.
