Event Description
"Romeo and Juliet" by William Shakespeare is a timeless tragedy that tells the story of two young lovers from feuding families in Verona, Italy. Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet meet at a masquerade ball and are instantly drawn to each other, leading to a secret romance and a series of fateful events. Misunderstandings and family rivalries complicate their budding relationship, culminating in tragedy. Auditions are open to all; no experience necessary. All ages welcome! Character descriptions and rehearsal schedule are available on The Gladish Center website. Auditions will consist of a prepared monologue as well as cold reading. The auditions will take place on July 20th from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
