Event Description
Join us for our General Membership Presentation and Luncheon. Our Luncheon will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12 at the WSU Lewis Alumni Center (parking paid by the Alumni Center - details will be sent after registration). Our presentation will be brought to you by Steve Scranton - Economist from Washington Trust Bank.
Reservations are required to attend - please RSVP by noon on Friday, May 8.
Parking Instructions:
Please plan to park in the horseshoe lot behind the building first. This lot has 37 standard spaces and 2 ADA spaces. Parking in this lot is free and does not require a pass.
If the horseshoe lot is full, you may park in the nearest available space, most likely in the Yellow 4 lot across from the horseshoe lot. In this case, after parking, please stop by the Alumni Centre front desk and provide your license plate number, vehicle make and model, and the lot you parked in. Staff will register your parking so you do not receive a ticket. There is no need to return to your car, everything is digital.
Please note that parking will only be covered after all spaces in the Alumni Centre lot are filled, so please be sure to check there first.
Cancellations accepted up to this same cutoff. No-Shows and late cancellations will be charged.
