Yoga Intro Series II

Event Description Build on your Foundation/Advance Your Practice Review foundation from Intro Series I and be introduced to intermediate back bends, forward bends, hip opening, basic arm balances, and inversions. Experiment with meditation and pranayama (breath) practices. Begin to carve the path toward our Expanding Asana classes.
