Stretch Workshop Series

Event Description Reduce aches and pains in the three-part workshop series. Loosen up and learn how to stretch maximize time and range of motion. Each one-hour class will go over safety, types of stretches, basic anatomy, proper breathing and visualization techniques. Come in loose comfortable clothing. Option to bring a personal mat.
